Q What are your business hours?

A Reception starts at 9:30

     Last reception 15:00

    Last return time is 17:30.

Q What payment methods are available?

A: Cash, various credit cards,

    Various QR payments are available.

Q How can I make a reservation?

A: You can make a reservation online.

*We do not accept reservations via DM/email/phone.

Q When can I make a reservation?

A: 30 days in advance.

Q How much time does it take?

A: It will take approximately 1 hour from arrival to departure.

Q: I am a woman, can I wear men's kimono?

A: Due to the changing room in our store, we do not accept kimonos that are different from those registered in the family register.

​   We do not accept requests for guidance.

Q: Can I make a same-day reservation?

A: If you come directly to our store and there is a vacancy in your reservation,

We will be able to guide you.

   

Q I would like to check the reservation plan.

A: After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.

We have sent it to you.

Please check there.

Q I would like to change my plan.

A: Changing to rickshaw plan/next day return plan

        Please cancel your reservation once.

Please make your reservation again.

Changes to other plans can be made at the reception on the day.

    Please tell us.

   

Q I would like to change the number of people/date and time.

A: Please cancel once.

Please make your reservation again.

Q: Can I cancel?

A: Basically, we do not accept such requests.

Q What if I am late for my reservation time?

        What should I do?

A: Call the phone number listed in the reservation completion email.

Please be sure to contact us

 ※In case of delay, please bring the delay certificate.

Please present it at the reception.
(Depending on the congestion situation, it may be difficult to provide guidance)
If the delay certificate cannot be confirmed,

  It will be canceled.

Q What time is the return time?

A​ Return time is 17:30.

*We will notify you if there are any changes.

If even one minute passes the return time,

   A late fee of ¥2000 will be charged.

Once 10 minutes have passed, the item will be returned the next day.

  An additional 10,000 yen will be charged.

   Also, your luggage will be returned the next day.

Q: Can it be extended?

A: We do not accept extensions.

Q: Can I reserve items?

A: We do not accept such requests.

Q: Can I bring my own items?

A: Boots/tabi are allowed.

Other small items will incur a ¥500 carry-on fee.

Q Can minors use it?

A: Parental consent is required.

    Once the reservation is confirmed, we will assume that you have given your consent.

Q.Do you have small/large sizes?

A: Our store sells antique kimonos.

    Because we handle a lot

Most are standard to small sizes.

Some are small but large.

There are no kimonos for children.

Q: Is it possible to bring someone along?

A: Only the person renting the item may enter the store.

Q: Is there a waiting area?

A: Not available.

       Please meet outside the store.

 

Q: Can we meet at the cafe on the 1st floor?

A: One order per person, so

    Please purchase the product before using.

    Get 10% off by showing your receipt.

 

Q: Are there any costs other than the plan fee?

A.Additional ¥500 will be charged on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and busy seasons.

Q: Can I bring tabi socks?

A: Please bring it with you.

If you do not have one, please purchase it for ¥500.

 

Q: Can you keep my luggage?

A: We will keep the clothes you have worn.

          Large luggage such as carry cases

We cannot keep your luggage.

    Please leave it in a coin locker etc. in advance.

                                                                 

Regarding dirt, damage, loss, etc.

    We cannot take any responsibility.

If you are concerned, please go to a locker etc. in advance.

Please leave it with us.

Q: What kind of clothes should I wear?

A: There is no particular specification, but

        When changing clothes, I put on the underwear I prepared for you.

If you are concerned about this, please wear innerwear, leggings, etc.

Please wear these before coming to the store.

Q: What should I wear in summer/winter?

A Summer: Lace yukata etc. should be worn with a dark colored inner layer.

      It may be see-through

      Light colors are recommended

Winter: As a countermeasure against the cold

Heattech/leggings are recommended

Q: Can I do my own hair before going?

A: No problem.

However, if you do not want to have your hair done at our store,

We cannot make any repairs.

Q: Is it possible to do hair styling?

A All except the men's plan

   Hair set is included.

Please choose from the hair menu.

    *Additional charges apply for sets other than menu items (need to be negotiated)

    ※Evening wrap/Japanese hair/creative hair is not allowed

Q: Can short hair be set?

A: Yes, it is possible.

    The hairstyle you can create will vary depending on the length and amount of hair.

Q: What happens to my hair when I return it?

A: We will remove decorations such as flowers.

                                                                                             You will go home with your hair done.

Q: Can I fix my makeup/hair?

A: Touching up makeup is prohibited in the store, both during preparation and when returning the item.

We have done so.

​             You can only touch up your hair while it is being set.

Q: Can I style my hair with extensions?

A: Sticker extensions that were applied at a beauty salon

If you have pull extensions, you can set your hair.

*Depending on the length of your natural hair and the condition of the extensions

We may refuse your request.

Also, in the case of wigs etc.

  We will only provide hair ornaments.

Q: Can you do men's hair styling?

A: We do not provide hair styling services for men.

   Because we do not rent out hair irons etc.

Please come to our store after completing this.

Q Are there any precautions to be taken when wearing a kimono?

A: Please refrain from buying things that have a smell.

Example) Perfume, Monjayaki, Yakiniku, Tobacco, etc.

If there is any dirt or damage, the actual cleaning fee will be charged.

   You may be charged a repair fee.
